2. Purpose and confirmation of the booking

These conditions apply to tickets and experiences booked for a specific date and time.

A booking covers exclusively the services described at the time of purchase. The date, time, participants, category and total price, including taxes and any additional charges, are shown before payment and recorded in the confirmation.

Guests should check their details before completing the purchase and report any issue as soon as possible.

3. Non-refundable tickets and no right of withdrawal

Tickets are not refundable due to cancellation by the guest, a change of plans or a personal inability to attend, except in cases legally required.

As these are leisure activities with a fixed date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 103.l of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007.

A booking commits places and resources for the chosen date. Its cancellation by the guest does not create an automatic right to a refund, voucher or date change.

4. Exceptional changes for justified cause

Where a serious, unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstance prevents attendance, EvenHorse may exceptionally authorise a single date change, subject to availability.

The request must be sent to info@evenhorse.es stating the booking number and providing sufficient justification, without unnecessary personal information. It must be communicated before the activity begins or, where there is a justified inability to do so, as soon as possible.

A change is only valid once EvenHorse has confirmed it in writing. The new date and any price difference will be agreed before confirmation. This commercial courtesy does not constitute a general right to changes or refunds.

5. No-shows and late arrivals

Failure to arrive, or arriving late for reasons beyond EvenHorse's control, does not entitle the guest to a refund or to repeat the experience.

The activity begins at the advertised time. Late admission depends on whether it is possible without compromising safety or interrupting the event. There is no guarantee that missed sections can be recovered.

6. Weather and activity adjustments

An unfavourable weather forecast does not in itself mean cancellation if the activity can take place safely.

For objective reasons of safety, animal welfare or technical organisation, the route, order of activities or participating horses may be adjusted, provided the advertised characteristics are not substantially altered. If the change is substantial, the following section applies.

7. Cancellation, postponement or substantial change

If EvenHorse cancels, postpones or substantially changes the experience, the guest may voluntarily accept another date or a proposed alternative, or receive the refund legally due.

The refund will not be replaced by a voucher as a rule, nor will internal organisation costs be deducted. This also applies if cancellation before the start is due to force majeure.

EvenHorse will communicate the issue as soon as possible and process refunds from its announcement, through the purchase channel and, wherever possible, by the same payment method.

8. Access and safety

A valid ticket must be presented and, where applicable, entitlement to a reduced rate must be shown.

Attendees must follow staff instructions and safety rules. Feeding, touching or approaching the animals without authorisation is not permitted. Minors must remain accompanied by a responsible adult.

These rules do not exclude the liability that legally falls to EvenHorse.

9. Enquiries, complaints and personal data

Enquiries and complaints may be sent to info@evenhorse.es or to the address given above, identifying the booking. Official complaint forms are available in accordance with applicable regulations.

The processing of personal data is explained in the privacy policy of this website.

10. Scope and consumer rights

These conditions do not limit mandatory rights recognised under Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent bodies in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

Open-dated vouchers, bespoke services and bookings made through intermediaries may have specific conditions, which must be provided before contracting. The most favourable conditions expressly offered to the guest will be respected.
